Do our employees need prior AI experience?
No prior experience with AI is required. The Leadership Briefing begins from foundational concepts. The Workflow Design program teaches teams hands-on as part of the process. The Competency Development program builds skills progressively over twenty weeks, starting from wherever your team currently stands.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Leadership Briefing is a half-day session. The Workflow Design and Training program runs for approximately six weeks, plus four weeks of post-training support. The Center of Competency Development is a twenty-week structured program. Timelines may shift slightly depending on scheduling and organisational needs.
Can sessions be conducted remotely?
Yes. All three programs can be delivered on-site at your office, at our Chonburi facility, or through video conferencing — or a combination of these options. We are happy to discuss which format works best for your team.
What is included in the post-training support?
Post-training support varies by program. For the Workflow Design engagement, it includes four weeks of email and call-based assistance where your team can ask questions about the new processes. For the Competency Development program, ongoing support includes monthly strategic reviews and quarterly capability assessments during the program period.
What about data privacy and confidentiality?
We take confidentiality seriously. All engagements begin with a standard non-disclosure agreement. Any organisational data reviewed during workflow analysis is handled according to strict protocols, and we do not retain client data after the engagement concludes. We also help organisations build their own internal AI governance guidelines as part of longer programs.
How much do the programs cost?
Pricing starts at ฿7,200 THB for the half-day Leadership Briefing, ฿24,000 THB for the six-week Workflow Design and Training program, and ฿45,000 THB for the twenty-week Competency Development program.
