A six-week engagement focused on redesigning specific workflows to incorporate AI-assisted steps, followed by structured staff training on the new processes. The program covers workflow analysis, tool selection, integration design, testing, and hands-on training sessions for the involved teams. Workflows commonly addressed include report generation, customer inquiry handling, scheduling optimisation, and data entry verification. The engagement includes post-training support for four weeks to ensure smooth adoption.
