Building AI Readiness,
One Organisation at a Time

We help Thai businesses navigate AI adoption with clarity, structure, and respect for how teams actually work.

Our Story

Suan Grid was founded in Chonburi with a straightforward purpose: to help Thai businesses adopt AI in a way that makes sense for their teams and their operations. The name draws from the Thai word for garden — reflecting a philosophy of careful cultivation rather than forced change.

Our founders spent years working in technology consulting across Southeast Asia before recognising that most organisations did not need more software demos or sales pitches. What they needed was structured guidance — someone to sit with their leadership teams, understand how work actually gets done, and help them figure out where AI tools can fit naturally into existing processes.

That observation became the foundation for Suan Grid. We started with executive briefings for companies in the Eastern Seaboard industrial corridor and gradually expanded into workflow redesign and long-term competency development as clients asked for deeper engagement.

Today, we serve organisations across a range of industries — from manufacturing and logistics to hospitality and professional services. What connects our clients is not their sector but their mindset: a willingness to learn, a respect for their teams, and a desire to adopt new tools thoughtfully rather than reactively.

What Guides Us

Our Mission

To make AI integration accessible, practical, and sustainable for Thai businesses — not through hype, but through structured programs that respect how teams work and grow.

Our Approach

We believe lasting adoption begins with understanding. That means listening to your team, observing existing workflows, and building programs that match your pace and priorities rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all methodology.

Quality Standards

Data Confidentiality

Every engagement begins with a non-disclosure agreement. Client data reviewed during workflow analysis is handled under strict protocols and not retained after program completion.

Professional Development

Our consultants maintain current certifications in AI and machine learning methodologies through recognised international programs and continuous learning.

Structured Assessment

All programs include milestone-based assessment frameworks. Progress is documented at regular intervals so outcomes are transparent to all stakeholders.

Vendor Independence

We have no commercial partnerships with AI tool vendors. Every recommendation is based solely on suitability for the client's situation and objectives.

PDPA Compliance

Our operations comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We incorporate data governance awareness into all training programs where relevant.

Continuous Improvement

After every engagement, we conduct an internal review to refine our methods and materials. Client feedback directly shapes how we evolve our programs.

AI Integration Expertise in Thailand

The landscape of artificial intelligence in Southeast Asian business has evolved quickly over the past few years. Many Thai companies recognise that AI tools have moved well beyond novelty — they are now practical instruments for improving how teams handle repetitive tasks, process information, and make informed decisions. Yet the gap between awareness and effective adoption remains wide. That is where Suan Grid focuses its work.

Based in Chonburi's Bang Lamung district, we specialise in closing that gap through programs designed for real organisations with real constraints. Our clients range from family-run enterprises to mid-market companies with hundreds of employees. What they share is a desire to understand AI clearly — its strengths, its limitations, and its appropriate applications within their specific operational context.

Our training methodology begins with observation and conversation rather than assumptions. We spend time learning how your teams currently operate before proposing any changes. This approach takes longer than a generic workshop, but it produces outcomes that last — teams who understand not just how to use a tool, but why it fits their workflow and when to rely on their own judgment instead.

Whether your organisation is exploring AI for the first time through a leadership briefing, integrating it into daily workflows through our six-week design program, or building a long-term internal capability through our twenty-week competency development track, Suan Grid provides the structure, expertise, and local understanding to help you move forward with confidence.
