Prawit Srisomwong
Operations Manager, Chonburi
The workflow design program changed how our team handles daily reports. Instead of spending two hours compiling data manually each morning, the new process takes about thirty minutes. The Suan Grid team was patient and took the time to understand our existing routines before suggesting any changes.

I appreciated that the leadership briefing did not try to oversell AI. It was honest about what AI can and cannot do today, and that honesty made it easier for our board to have a realistic conversation about next steps. The reference materials have been genuinely useful.

IT Director, Bangkok
We went through the full competency development program. Twenty weeks is a significant commitment, but the result is an internal team that now evaluates AI tools independently. The playbooks and self-assessment framework they delivered have become part of how we operate. Would work with Suan Grid again.

Nattaya Phromket
HR Manager, Pattaya
Our staff were initially nervous about AI changing their roles. The training approach was thoughtful — it focused on making their work easier, not replacing them. After the six-week program, the team actually asked for more sessions because they saw the practical value. The post-training support was helpful when questions came up afterward.

Managing Director, Sriracha
What stood out was the vendor neutrality. Previous consultants always seemed to be pushing a particular platform. Suan Grid recommended tools based on our actual needs and budget. Some of their suggestions were free open-source options that worked perfectly well for our situation.

Araya Lertpanich
Finance Director, Chonburi
The leadership briefing gave our executive team a shared vocabulary for discussing AI. Before the session, conversations about AI were vague and often based on news headlines. Afterward, we could have a much more grounded discussion about where to invest and what to expect.

Success Stories
Streamlining Quality Reports for an Auto Parts Manufacturer
Challenge
A mid-sized auto parts manufacturer in the Eastern Seaboard spent roughly fifteen hours per week compiling quality inspection reports from production floor data. The reports were assembled manually by three different team members using spreadsheets, resulting in inconsistencies and delays.
Solution
Through the Workflow Design program, we mapped the existing reporting process, identified where AI-assisted data summarisation could replace manual steps, and selected a tool suited to their data format. Staff were trained on the new process over four sessions.
Results
Weekly reporting time dropped from fifteen hours to approximately four. Report consistency improved, and the team was able to redirect freed-up time toward root cause analysis rather than data assembly. Adoption was smooth, with only minor adjustments needed during the support period.
Building AI Awareness for a Hotel Group's Leadership Team
Challenge
A regional hotel group with properties across Chonburi and Rayong recognised that AI was being discussed at industry conferences but felt unprepared to evaluate vendor pitches or make informed investment decisions. Leadership had differing views on what AI could realistically do.
Solution
We delivered a customised half-day briefing for the senior leadership team, focusing on AI applications relevant to hospitality: guest communication, booking management, and operational scheduling. The session included hands-on demonstrations with currently available tools.
Results
The leadership team left the briefing with a shared understanding of AI capabilities and a short list of areas where they wanted to explore further. They subsequently engaged us for a workflow design program targeting their guest inquiry response process, which reduced average response times by roughly 40%.
Establishing an AI Competency Team for an Accounting Firm
Challenge
A Bangkok-based accounting firm with sixty staff members wanted to build internal AI capability rather than depending on external consultants long-term. They needed a structured path from awareness to independent management of AI tools across their service lines.
Solution
We delivered the full twenty-week Competency Development program. This included team composition recommendations, a skill development curriculum, tool evaluation criteria, vendor management guidelines, and an internal governance framework specific to the accounting and audit context.
Results
The firm now has a four-person internal AI team that evaluates and deploys tools without outside assistance. Their first independent project — automating data extraction from client documents — was completed within two months of the program's conclusion using the frameworks we delivered.
